Individual Psychotherapy

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I don’t sit in silence, and I won’t just nod and ask how that makes you feel (though… sometimes I will ask that). I show up with curiosity, presence, and respect for the unique person you are and the story you bring into the room.

My style is warm, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I’ll help you make connections between past and present, name patterns that might be holding you back, and build a stronger internal sense of clarity and self-trust. We’ll explore the “why” behind what you’re feeling- not to stay stuck there, but to loosen the grip it may have on you.

At the same time, I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, not scrutinized. I work at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. I’ll always be transparent with you, offer reflections gently, and check in often about how things are feeling.

My work is rooted in cultural humility, and I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a space where you don’t have to explain or shrink who you are to be supported.

Depending on what you’re bringing into therapy, I may integrate psychodynamic thinking, relational work, CBT tools, or mindfulness-based strategies, but above all, our work will be tailored to you. You won’t get a script. You’ll get a relationship, and space to grow inside it.

Clients often tell me that therapy helps them hear their own voice more clearly - sometimes for the first time in a long time. Let’s find yours together.

Areas of Expertise

I support clients navigating a range of emotional and relational challenges, including:

Anxiety • Depression • Life transitions • Self-worth & identity • Relationship issues • Burnout & overwhelm • Perfectionism & people-pleasing • Grief & loss

Whether you're moving through a specific struggle or just feeling a little lost and unsure why, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, understand what’s beneath the surface, and begin to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

  • You might be constantly overthinking, second-guessing yourself, or feeling like your mind never shuts off. Maybe it shows up as tension in your body, racing thoughts, or a quiet sense of dread you can’t quite name. Together, we’ll slow things down, explore what’s beneath the surface, and help you feel more grounded and in control—without having to hold it all together all the time.

  • Depression isn’t always dramatic. It can feel like disconnection, irritability, numbness, or just going through the motions. Maybe you're high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally to feel motivated or hopeful. In therapy, we’ll explore the roots of that heaviness and work to reconnect you with meaning, emotion, and the parts of yourself that feel distant or lost.

  • Whether it’s a new job, a move, a breakup, or simply realizing you don’t feel like “yourself” anymore, transitions can shake up everything you thought you knew about who you are. Therapy offers space to process what’s shifting, reflect on what matters most, and move through the unknown with more clarity and self-trust.

  • Maybe you’ve spent a long time being who you’re “supposed” to be. On paper, everything looks fine, but you feel disconnected from your real self. Whether you're exploring your values, questioning old roles, or working through inner criticism, we’ll build insight and self-compassion so you can feel more authentic, confident, and whole.

  • You might be feeling anxious in relationships, struggling to set boundaries, or unsure how to express your needs without guilt. Or maybe certain patterns keep repeating, and you’re not sure why. In our work together, we’ll explore the relational dynamics that shape your experience -past and present- and help you build healthier, more connected relationships starting from the one you have with yourself.

  • You’re tired - but not just tired. You’re emotionally drained, spread thin, and maybe feeling like you're running on autopilot. Whether it’s work, caregiving, or the invisible pressure to do it all, therapy can help you slow down, untangle what's no longer serving you, and begin to build a life that feels more sustainable, present, and aligned.

  • You have high standards, take care of everyone else, and rarely give yourself the same grace. You’re productive, but it’s never enough. You’re kind, but often at your own expense. Together, we’ll explore where those patterns came from, why they’re so hard to let go of, and how to start showing up for yourself with the same care you give others.

  • Grief doesn’t follow a timeline, and it doesn’t only show up after death. You might be grieving a relationship, a life you imagined, or a version of yourself you’ve had to let go of. Therapy gives you space to honor what you’ve lost, make sense of what you’re carrying, and move through your grief with gentleness and support.
