Helping Women Move from Anxiety and Self-doubt to Confidence and Self-Trust

Specializing in therapy for high-achieving women experiencing anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, and relationship challenges throughout California and New York.

Does this sound familiar?

You spend so much time caring for others and meeting expectations that you've lost sight of your own needs. You're exhausted from overthinking, putting pressure on yourself, or wondering why your relationships feel so difficult.

Therapy can help you understand the patterns keeping you stuck and build the confidence and self-trust needed to move forward.

Welcome. It’s nice to meet you.

Dr. Christina Daly (she/her) is a licensed psychologist in New York and California who specializes in helping women navigate anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, relationship challenges, and self-doubt. Many of her clients are thoughtful, capable, and driven, yet find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or disconnected from the confidence and fulfillment they desire. Through evidence-based therapy, Dr. Daly helps clients build greater self-trust, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Dr. Daly earned her Doctor of Psychology degree from Pace University and has worked across a variety of clinical settings supporting individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. She also enjoys mentoring and supervising emerging clinicians, helping to foster the next generation of therapists.

Outside of therapy, Dr. Daly enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, creating art and taking long walks with her dog, Minnie, in the California sunshine.

  • Think of it as a “get-to-know-you” session. We’ll chat about what brings you to therapy, what’s been on your mind, and what you hope to get out of our work together. No pressure, no tests—just a space to start exploring.

  • Sessions are about 50 minutes long. Most people start with weekly sessions, but we can adjust the frequency depending on what feels right for you.

  • I offer telehealth sessions for clients in California and New York, allowing flexibility and accessibility from the privacy and comfort of your own space.

  • I work with folks navigating anxiety, perfectionism, transitions, self-worth, relationships, burnout, and grief. My approach is warm, reflective, and collaborative—meaning we explore patterns and insights together, not just treat symptoms.
