Individual Therapy

If you're someone who tends to overthink, put pressure on yourself, or find yourself stuck in the same frustrating relationship patterns, therapy can offer a space to slow down and better understand what's driving those experiences. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. I don't sit in silence, and I won't just nod and ask how that makes you feel (though... sometimes I will ask that). I show up with curiosity, presence, and respect for the unique person you are and the story you bring into the room.

My style is warm, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I’ll help you make connections between past and present, name patterns that might be holding you back, and build a stronger internal sense of clarity and self-trust. We’ll explore the “why” behind what you’re feeling- not to stay stuck there, but to loosen the grip it may have on you.

At the same time, I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, not scrutinized. I work at a pace that feels safe and collaborative. I’ll always be transparent with you, offer reflections gently, and check in often about how things are feeling.

My work is rooted in cultural humility, and I welcome clients of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a space where you don’t have to explain or shrink who you are to be supported.

Depending on what you’re bringing into therapy, I may integrate psychodynamic thinking, relational work, CBT tools, or mindfulness-based strategies, but above all, our work will be tailored to you. You won’t get a script. You’ll get a relationship, and space to grow inside it.

Clients often tell me that therapy helps them hear their own voice more clearly - sometimes for the first time in a long time. Let’s find yours together.

Areas of Expertise

I support clients navigating a range of emotional and relational challenges, including:

Anxiety and Overthinking • Perfectionism and Self-Worth • Life Transitions • Relationship Challenges • Burnout and Overwhelm • People Pleasing and Boundaries

Whether you're moving through a specific struggle or just feeling a little lost and unsure why, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself, understand what’s beneath the surface, and begin to move forward with more clarity and confidence.

  • On the outside, you may seem calm and capable, but internally your mind rarely gets a break. You're constantly analyzing, planning ahead, or questioning yourself. Therapy can help you quiet the mental noise, feel more grounded in your decisions, and learn to trust yourself rather than your anxiety.

  • You hold yourself to high standards, but no matter how much you accomplish, it rarely feels like enough. You may spend a lot of time worrying about making mistakes, comparing yourself to others, or questioning whether you're measuring up. Together, we'll explore the beliefs driving these patterns and help you build a more compassionate, confident relationship with yourself.

  • Even positive changes can feel overwhelming. Whether you're navigating a career shift, a move, a new relationship, marriage, parenthood, or simply feeling unsure about what's next, transitions can bring up unexpected stress and uncertainty. Therapy can provide a space to process change, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

  • Relationships can be some of the most meaningful—and most difficult—parts of our lives. You may find yourself repeating the same patterns, struggling to communicate your needs, questioning your relationships, or feeling disconnected from the people you care about. Together, we'll explore what's getting in the way of deeper connection and help you build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.

  • You're constantly juggling responsibilities, showing up for others, and trying to keep all the balls in the air. Over time, that pressure can leave you feeling exhausted, disconnected, and running on empty. Therapy can help you step out of survival mode, better understand your limits, and create a life that feels more sustainable and aligned with what matters most to you.
